OUR TRIP TO NEW YORK



Accommodation:  Hotel Doubletree by Hilton Metropolitan New York: 50$ per night. The Double tree Metropolitan Hotel New York City is perfectly located at Lexington Avenue and 51st Street in the heart of Midtown Manhattans fashionable East Side. This contemporary modern landmark hotel is within walking distance of Park and Madison Avenues the Broadway theater district fabulous New York City museums the United Nations and New York City world-class shopping and best attractions.

Third Day: Statue of Liberty Island (Entry Price 13$ per person+ 50$ inside the museum for extra expenses); New York Pass grants you free ride on a Ferry that will take you to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Immigration Museum. One round trip ferry ticket includes visits to both Islands, and entry to the Ellis Island Immigration Museum, but does not include any tours or access inside the Statue of Liberty.
                        
                             

      We’ll stay there until 2 o’clock, because we take the airplane to return to Venezuela early.

GAME:      How fast do you Know?


The Game consist: The group is going to sit in a circle, a student guide that will do the game, must say any word to any student of the group; he or she have to answer with another word that represent relationship with another word the student guide said.

                                  

Purpose of the Game: Identify the relationship of the words that they have between themself. If de word is a noun, players answer a nouns, if the word is a verb (regulars or irregulars verbs), adjetive, adverb, etc, they have to answer in relationship with respect the words.



Rules of the Game: The words shouldn't repeat twice.

And if the word is incorrect, you must say the student, "YOU DON'T THINK FAST", and the next student say another word. Who say two times the same word is out the game, until one person win the game.

Variation of English in Ireland


Hiberno-English (also known as Irish English) is the dialect of English written and spoken in Ireland (Hibernia is the Latin name of the island).

        Ireland has several main groups of accents, including (1) those of Dublin and surrounding areas on the east coast where English has been spoken since the earliest period of colonization from Britain, (2) the accents of Ulster, with a strong influence from Scotland as well as the underlying Gaelic linguistic stratum which in that province approaches the Gaelic of Scotland, and (3) the various accents of west, midlands and south.

 Pierce Brosnan

        Pierce Brosnan  (born on May 16th in 1953) better known as James Bond is an Irish American actor. He is known for his very dynamic portrayal of the character in the Golden Eye, Tomorrow Never Dies, The World Is Not Enough and Die Another Day. This drool worthy actor became an American citizen in the year 2004. Pierce Brosnan was also a popular figure due to successful television series Remington Steele. He has a range of characters portrayed by him to his credit. This stunning actor is now also a film producer and an environmentalist.








      He was married to Australian actress Cassandra Harris from 1980 until her death in 1991. He married American journalist and author Keely Shaye Smith in 2001.


       Pierce Brosnan has been an Ambassador for UNICEF Ireland since 2001 and recorded a special announcement to mark the launch of UNICEF's "Unite for Children, Unite against AIDS" Campaign with Liam Neeson.
